The employees, managers and/or representatives of these third parties are required to respect the confidential nature of this data and may only use this data in line with the instructions of the Company / within the legal framework.

How long will my personal data be retained?
Your personal data will be retained no longer than necessary for the purposes described.
Will the company make use of automated decision-making?
Automated decisions are defined as decisions about individuals that are based solely on the automated processing of data and that produce legal effects that significantly affect the individuals involved. As a rule, the Company does not make use of automated decision-making as described above.
What are my rights with regard to the processing of my data by the Company and who can I contact?
You have at any time the right to contact the Company if you want to: Access, rectify or erase your personal data; Restrict or object to the processing and transfer of your personal data; Withdraw your consent to the processing or transfer of your personal data based on consent (however, this will not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing activities); Receive your data in order to transmit them to another controller (‘right to data portability’); Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if you feel that the Company has not acted in line with data protection legislation.
