For the job selection process and its follow-up: compliance with all legal, regulatory and administrative obligations and application of employment and tax regulations; human resource and supplier administration including the administration of the salaries, wages, fringe benefits, payments; in this framework also proof in potential governmental controls or in audits. Please note: If you were to later recall your consent, we will have to keep all or some of this data for a minimum of time in order to comply with all legal, regulatory and administrative obligations.

Standard data related to your identity (surname, name(s), address, ID card number, photos, etc.), data concerning your education and career, skills, interests and professional interests, professional affiliation, etc.; Data needed for the potential creation of an employment contract including financial data (account numbers, potential wages, bonuses, benefits…).

Internal use: the team members involved in the selection process and in the administrative/financial follow-up; External use: third parties such as: the payroll provider; the administrative service provider; the accountant; the insurer; the authorities. Legal grounds: (A) Your consent; (B) Necessary for the implementation of an agreement; (C) Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the company; (D) In the framework of the legitimate interests of the company and/or a third party.

DATA USE DU2 – Identifying matches with future job openings or consulting and/or other opportunities for experts/freelancers

Purpose of the use of your personal data:

Identifying matches with future job openings or consulting opportunities or opportunities for experts/freelancers at the company or partner companies and partner organisations and projects; in this framework also proof in potential governmental controls or in audits.
